　　One night, the weather was clear and the stars were shining like people's eyes. I went to yongning park with my father and my mother, and as soon as I got to the park, I saw a lot of people. Some were walking, some were flying kites, others were sitting on the bridge and looking at the stars.

　　After a while music started to ring, and people spontaneously walked to the clearing on the edge of the river and began to do exercises. With the music rhythm, the body was beating like a spring. We stood by and watched and jumped, sometimes with arms spread like small butterflies, sometimes clapping at the front of the hands, and it was great fun. This is the first time I've seen so many people dancing, so I'm excited to be back home until the end.

　　Christmas is coming, and this afternoon my mother and I happily went to Century Lianhua supermarket to buy a Christmas tree.

　　When we got there, we took the elevator to the two floor with the crowd. The Christmas tree is green show in front of us, next to the cabinet is filled up with exquisite Christmas gift, let a person see dazzling.

　　My mother and I picked a Christmas tree, and it was taller than I was. Then, we began to pick out some exquisite little ornaments to decorate the Christmas tree. I chose a beautiful big star, outside is silver white, inside is pink, with gold embroidered English "Merry Christmas", looks like a glowing; and then I chose a gold ring, a few green leaves below it, there are two bright small red and a beautiful little red flowers and green leaves in the middle. A mother picked up red grapes, with a yellow bow, bright grape can show my mother and I smile. We also chose a lovely Christmas snowman, a red print fan, three white foam flakes and a box of colorful flashing lights.

　　After paying the money, we are rewarding. As soon as I got home, I couldn't wait to spread the branches and leaves of the Christmas tree and hung these lovely little pendants onto the tree. Mother put the flashing lights around the Christmas tree and turned on the power. Ah, colorful stars, playfully blinking beautiful little eyes, for a while, red, green for a while, yellow for a while, for a while, colorful...... It's like playing hide and seek with me. They make the tree even more beautiful.

　　Looking at my own Christmas tree, my heart was so happy that my mother and I sang and danced next to the tree. We were so happy!

What’s more, the air in the morning is really fresh and clean, so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise, I will feel tired and my body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises.
