妈妈为此费了不少心思，在三年级一学期便为我买了点读笔，第二学期又给我添加了英语片、小布丁。为了激发我学英语的兴趣，更甚的是在去年的寒假期间，妈妈甚至每天晚上都陪着我一起学英语音标。可以说妈妈操劳的心识“日月可鉴，天地共存”。咳！可我偏偏就是对英语太“过敏”，一点都提不起兴趣。用我的话说呢，妈妈真是瞎子点灯—白费劲。
一次偶然的机会，妈妈从叶叔叔那里了解到城里的恩典英语学校是个不错的外语学校，它们会定时举办户外英语课堂活动：水果沙拉、必胜客活动、夏令营、冬令营等等。真的有这么好吗？这对特别爱玩的我来说，听起来真的很不错。我有点动心了。于是妈妈欢天喜地地给我报了名。
上课了！这时我在恩典的第一课，我的老师Candy(棒棒糖，这个英文名字真逗。)她个子不高，鼻梁上架着一副粉红色的眼镜，微笑着站在同学们面前讲英语单词，那甜美的声音啊，听了一百遍都不会厌倦。在这里上课不像学校里一样死记硬背，Candy老师会用做游戏的.方式来帮大家巧记单词，背句子。比如：老师在教同学们记Have Supper（吃晚餐）时，她会用开火车的游戏问第一个同学这个单词第一个字母是什么，然后随意地请下一个同学说出第二个字母，这样一个接一个地轮流说字母。轮到谁谁说不出来，她就假装生气般地噘起嘴用充气锤子假假地在那个人头上“锤”一下。这样一来大家自然就记住这个单词了。每一种游戏用过一阵子，老师又会换别的游戏，如：冰冻人、大风吹等等。
自从在恩典学习后，我在学校里学起英语课来不那么费劲了，英语老师也夸我进步了，单词写的Beautiful，我听了心里美得像吃了一大缸蜜意一样，甜滋滋的。对了我还要兴奋地告诉大家，我有英文名了—Bobby（博比）。Candy老师为我取的，她说这名字很适合我，我喜欢这个名字，而且我也越来越喜欢上英语课了。
